Are your products for human use?
No. All AvataLabs products are strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. Not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.
What does Research Use Only mean?
RUO products are sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. They are not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic application.
How do you verify purity and quality?
Every batch undergoes third-party HPLC (purity), mass spectrometry (identity), and LAL endotoxin testing by accredited independent laboratories. Certificates of Analysis are available per batch.
Where can I get a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Visit our COA Library or contact our team with your order number. COAs are batch-specific – always match the lot number on your label to the COA document.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday-Friday ship same day via FedEx 2-Day Air. Orders over $149 receive free FedEx 2-Day shipping automatically.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the contiguous United States only. No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on opened products. Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, -20C recommended. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8C.
What reconstitution solution should I use?
Bacteriostatic water is the standard solvent for lyophilized research peptides. We carry 3ml and 10ml reconstitution water vials.
