- Same-Day Shipping: Orders received and paid before 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday ship the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday only.
- Carrier: USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days, $10.00). USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days, $69.99) available at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Free USPS Priority Mail on all orders $149+.
- Discreet Packaging: Plain, unmarked packaging on every order.
- Domestic US Only: We ship to the United States only. No international orders.
Returns & Refunds
- Return window: Return and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the listed delivery date.
- Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Opened or used research compounds cannot be returned due to the nature of the products.
- Refund method: Approved returns are refunded as store credit. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer. Use a trackable shipping method.
- Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos; we will replace the item or issue store credit at no charge.
